National Guard Disqualifications?

Hey, my friend just recently tried joining the army, but got dq'ed because she has nystagmus in her eyes. They tried using waivers, but nothing worked. Now shes trying to go for the army national guard...are all the disqualifications the same? Does she have a chance here?
 
The disqualifications are the same but waiver processes differ only in so far as different doctors may have different opinions about what the disqualifications are intended to mean. I went through the Army, Army Reserves, Army National Guard, Marines, Air Force and Coast Guard before the Navy finally gave me a waiver for a torn ACL.
