Hard to say from such a small image but it has a Russian BTR look about it, possibly a BTR-70.

Yeah I agree with Monty on all points.
The nose appears to be the same as the BTR-70 and it seems long enough to be the -70.
It does look as if it might be fitted with a larger calibre gun than the typical 14.5mm HMG but I think that's image distortion making it look that way.
The cam pattern is similar enough to Soviet/Russian patterns as well.
