Muslim convert charged over Exeter restaurant blast (AFP)

It seems that this young guy, Nicky Reilly, known locally as a gentle giant, is a somewhat mentally retarded lad who had recently becomea muslem and reportedly has been schooled into taking terrorist bombing action by a couple of characters from Plymouth, another Devon town.
