Longer Delay for Chat Automatic Signoff

The chatroom is pretty dead these days. I'd like the option to not be auto-signed out, so if somebody comes in, I'll see it. Generally, I'm sitting at work and can only chat between calls.
 
Doubled the Away and Logoff time limits in the chat now.

From 2.5 to 5 mins for away, and 5 to 10 mins for sign-out.
