how you all doing, my name is chewie and i'm from NZ.

military experience is fairly limited (air training corp & a flirtation to territorial army) but i remain very interested in military topics and in particular the war on terror (T.W.O.T)

How's the "winter" going on the far side of the world??

well, we are supposed to be int he guts of summer here...but i live at the southeren end of the southern island (dunedin) and in the last week we have had;

hail, lightning, torrential rain. gail force southerly winds and an average temp of 10 degrees celcius


VERY unseasonal and most unpleasent!
where i ask is the traditional kiwi summer at the beach!

Sweet a Kiwi, you do the Hakka in an All Blacks jersey; and I'll chop down a tree in flannel and a team Canada helmet :D
