Hey, I'm Jesse, just joined the Army as a combat engineer, as stated above. I can't really find out what we do, i read the description on the goarmy.com website but I'm wondering what exactly we do. What do combat engineers do when deployed and what do they do when not deployed, and is it a good job? Initially I wanted infantry or cav scout but was told I needed to get LASIK and then when i re-enlist to change jobs. anyways just wondering if anyone could help me out!
