How do you get ranks here? whats a milibuck? a cadet moderator?

And a Cadet Moderator is a person who is in charge of the JROTC Section of the Forums. Right now, there is only 2 of them. Myself and CrazyCadet142. Our job is to make sure that everyone using the JROTC Section follows the rules set out by our fearless leader, Redleg.
