I'm just introducing myself..
I am not in the military as of yet but am going to try to join the Marine Corps after I complete my AA degree which is after this Fall semester..
I am 18 years old and always wanted to become a cop..not anymore though, recently that idea of 10 years became obsolete..Maybe the only reason why I wanted to be a cop was because my Grandad, Father, Brother, Uncle, and Cousin were on the police force...Also, I accidently came across this Forum by researching stuff for the military on google
 
Welcom and enjoy your stay seems like you come from a long line of defenders, but I am glad that you are branching out on your own and do not feel obligated to follow in their footsteps. I wish you good luck in the future.
