Half of Voters Still Say U.S. is Winning the War on Terror (Rasmussen Reports)

Rasmussen Reports - Americans continue to show confidence that the United States and its allies are winning the War on Terror. The newest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 50% of voters believe the U.S. is winning, while just 21% say the terrorists are ahead.
