This is a good site that is just starting, You pick a nation then rule it however you like for the most part. it has some complex rules and all but nothing to hard. Also it is just starting so alot of the nations are still open.

Yeah, Thier are like maybe at least one or two other ones but they are have slowed down and all the big nations are taken, Plus Nato now has isreal,South korea,Russia and a few more people as member nations and Russia and America are allied, just not very realistic
