E-Mails notifying me of PM

I am tired of receiving these... They are just flooding my mail box. Is there any way of making them stop?

Seriously though, just go to "Profile" and select the "No" option for the question "Would you like to be notified of new PMs?"

Well I do, but they all include phrases like "die now" or "I'm going to steal your puppy, you dumb hick." I'm just the exception to the rule.
