Yeah some times there is... but most of the time there is not any. Next year there is going to be none on my watch.

Yeah absolutely. Our drill team is promoted faster than anyone else. I've seen cadets with outstanding leadership skills never get promoted, but the one on the drill team that doesnt give a crap about nothing gets promoted faster than the other cadets. Nothing pisses me off more than that.

You can't belong to any junior military organization and have some form of favouratism. If your a pilot, you tend to get promoted faster in my unit. There's also the problem of people being promoted because of there parents sometimes, or so it seems.
