All men are created equal I suppose this also includes Women , but its all written down in our Constitution , what is not written down is all men are not equal , some men become President and others become drug addicts .:sarc:
 
Where you go in life, is up to you. It's not your parents jobs to make your life spectacular. They have you life. That's all they were signed up for. What you make of that life, is up to you.
 
I Think one problem with the Constitution is you have fights that you have done nothing to earn the same , the Marathon Bomber who killed a number and maimed many , many others yet this garbage is still around , accused but not guilty until proven guilty so who else did it ? .
 
You have to equally apply the law to everyone. The law of the land says that you're innocent until proven guilty. That you deserve to be assumed innocent until you have faced a jury of your peers.
 
You have the right to a speedy trial , Holmes in CO killed 17 in people and wounded twice as many that happen 3 years ago there is no doubt he did it yet his case is still being handled in court at taxpayers expense .
