I do the same, expect that I use my cc for air miles. Alaskans wuvs their air miles.

Air miles or credit cards? Well since we get gas stickers that gives us miles, and then I get miles for paying for the gas it is like bonus miles every time I buy gas. Although we pay more for our gas than most of the lower 48, even if the refinery is a mile away. I am not understand the logic of that.

Credit cards, the miles and bonuses help out a lot. Only use checks to pay for stuff that won't take credit cards.
