:camo: Im just wandering if there any British PTI's out there that can give me an idea of tips, workouts and fitness plans that they use in order to get fit. I am looking for a carrer in the royal engineers, and hope to go airborne, with 16 Air Assault, I already am reasonably fit, but my fitness is not really improving greatly, and may even be getting worse, i only managed to do 25 pressups last night; usually I can get 35 minimum, and would like to be able to do 50.
 
Im also joining the british army and im preparing for my basic training, go to your careers officer and ask for a training programme, its worked for me and I feel much fitter.
