Blackhawk Crew Chief

I am about to go to AIT for 15p which is a blackhawk crew chief. what is going to be my main duty. i am also airborne if that changes what i will be doing.
 
It`s UH-60 Repairer. I`ve been out a long time, but I`m guessing it still works the same with all aircraft repair MOS`s. You start out on a maint. team, and if you show the motivation and skills required......you then may become a crew chief. This guy either has a bad recruiter, or he put "P", where he meant to put "T".
