Found some pics of Russian (mostly Russian; I think there's an Arab guy among them too) mercenaries guarding a tanker in Aden. Pretty cool.
Yep, that's a bayonet. Russians always loved their bayonets. As Geberal Suvorov said, "A bullet is stupid, but a bayonet is always good." Behind him, apparently, is their makeshift "cannon", fires flares outfitted with "lethal payload".
I'm sure they'd rather have something like a Russian Navy's Kord 6P50
or, better yet, one of these American MK-38 beauties
but, you use what you got hehe
