Advertising?

What are the rules regarding advertising another forum on here?
Well, not even really advertising, but more or less letting the members know of another board?
I run another board myself, its still new and just starting out. But I wanted to respect this board before doing anything. There are actually two that I run that I thought would have common interest with this one. But like I said, I didn't want to be rude, and I have respect for the Admin for this board before I decided to do anything.

So, what are the rules regarding this?

It's no problem to advertise for non-commercial websites here..

You can do it in the "other stuff" forum

Other stuff
Promote your (non-commercial) website, found any cool links, or you just want to tell us something that doesn't fit in the other categories.. It's up to you.

And you'll even get a free backlink to your site, since every post in this forum is spidered and indexed by several search engines..
