Does US have the best ear receiver in espinage game? If not, who has the best? KGB? or British 007 or secret police in China?

KGB no longer exists, 007 is a film/book character devised by Ian Fleming, 007 is also known as James Bond, i think you meant MI6, the british intelligence service 007 is meant to belong to.
Make your mind up as to what that bulge is! As for best ear reciever how can we know, the best are the ones that we dont see.
