UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The United States and France are struggling to narrow differences over an Israeli troop withdrawal from Lebanon, which are blocking a U.N. resolution to end the four-week war.

I don't think Israel has any intention of pulling of Lebanon in the near future.
