BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A suicide bomber blew up his minibus
after luring a crowd of men to the vehicle with promises of
work in Baghdad on Wednesday, killing at least 82 people and
wounding 163, police and officials said.

Not meaning to start an argument, but this is a very good example of why the military can not just withdraw the troops after having deposed Saddam Hussein.
