I have a track meet tomorrow. I probably should be in bed. I do 800 and 1600, and 4x4 if I'm not dead by then (half mile, mile, and mile relay (400 meter legs) respectively). I like to run distance, I do it for fun. Distance running is my sport. I wasn't big enough to play football (120 lbs), I didn't have the skill to play basketball, I didn't have the coordination to play baseball, I refused to play soccer, so that left me with running, which I took up a coupla years ago.

A "famous" Norwegian saying...
Why sprint when you can run
Why run when you can walk
Why walk when you can stand still
Why stand still when you can sit down
Why sit down when you can lay down
Why lay down without sleeping..??

I prefer sprinting myself. I may not be the best, but at the last Track meet I was at, I pulled off 13.68s on the 100m.
