Something to consider when considering armed forces careers

There are many agency careers that will garner you just as much military experience but might be more challenging.

Consider looking into scholarship programs from the NSA, DIA, CIA, TSA, Home Land Defense....etc and so on.

Often times they will pay for college, secure you military training and you'll end up with a pretty neat job in the end.
