Hey someone here apparently posted on my website and I need to know who it is. Because the contents sound like it's some kind of scam. I want to know if this is real or not.

It's fine, I didn't authorize its posting so it never went up.
It had a link to this website but the contents seemed like a scam.
Seeing no one's owning up to it, it probably was/is.
Guy claims to be Norwegian with extra tickets for some trip in Norway.

Extra tickets for some trip in Norway...and what would that be?

The only thing I would consider fancy enough to use for a scam would be a round trip with "Hurtigruten" from Bergen to Kirkenes...
