Looks like they've forgot to add the c-charges so it's only firing the primer / ignition charge inside the tail of the shell. :smil:
 
About the Cameraman, I say that it's a camera on a tripod...

The cameraman releases the Camera, this is why it shakes a little and goes back to where it was...
 
I mean Europe in general, we are crushed under taxes over here... I can tell you that in France, many buy these bags of tobacco and paper + filters to make their own cigarettes...

I took a coffee break with some students today, and they were outside speaking about what brand is better/cheaper... One young woman was talking about a brank that is cheap, 3-4€ a pack. Student are usually broke... But the average price was at 5.60€ in 2009.

There is people smuggling cigarettes around here... From countries in the European Union who have less taxes etc...

But I'm not a smoker, so I cant tell you for sure...
