HRW is a pain in the butt.... They can say all they want, but the bottom line is that this is an Iraq issue, not an HRW issue.

All Human Rights organisations are a difficult lot.

Notwithstanding, the trial looks more of a circus and maybe not too fair by democratic standards.

The Judge appears to be short tempered and cannot handle the issues with finesse.

This is the second judge for this trial. He puts up with less BS than the first one did.
