The final paragraph says that although South Korean weapons fall behind in many aspects, they are still good weapons and the maker of the video wishes that Korea makes better weapons in future.
My add to this is that with minor modifications in the furniture and the addition of optical sights and night vision compatible laser targeting systems, they would be excellent weapons.
