Restricted War Videos?

As I was browsing the quotes, I found a peculiar quote about War Videos:

If we let people see that kind of thing, there would never again be any war.

Well then it's 2013, I wonder if there's any of that graphic footage available anywhere.

First of all, would you like some clear font with your bold?

Secondly, there are videos out there. I've seen footage taken during the Balkans War, (I was tasked with writing an story in first-person from both sides of the conflict.) I used this as a research tool. But, there are plenty of videos out there, you've just got to look hard enough.

However, quite why one would want to have unrestricted access to such material is beyond me.
