D dobrodan Active member Jan 4, 2006 #3 I find that highly unlikely... However, blowback-operated weapons will have some effect on the velocity of the bullet... By "tumbling", do you mean "fragmentation"? In that case, fragmentation has a lot to do with the velocity of the bullet...
