I've heard that theres some good chants out there online so if you can think of a military tune or something i heard those work great for running and that some cadences if you run to them are supposed to help you get a certain mile time even though i would be skeptical on that part.

Here in Spain I had some young soldiers visiting me last year, and they do their pushups to this (let me say, while they can sing it perfectly in tune and lyrics, they do not speak English at all and I guess it must have to be the word "Franco" and the irony that is an anti-war song that attracted them), I can understand why, rhythm, speed and accentuation ar about right:
