what was funny was my German friends always wanted be to get Budweiser when we had them over... WHY!!!!???!!!

Some years ago, I was training some German Air Force Officers and NCOs on some flightline test equipment and asked which beer they drank while in the US and the answer was Budweiser but mostly wine until they returned to Germany. Texas beer has only 3 to 3.5 percent alcohol.
