Topic: Officer training in different branches (US)

This questions isn't "which branch is cooler", or something one can find browsing through websites, or even talking with recruiters/OSOs, so please bear with me, this may sound strange at first.

My question is, "Is one branch known as the branch where the officers treat their men better?" This is beyond the numbers, schedules, or training requirements. This is more about whether they are taught/trained/encouraged to treat their men with more dignity, compassion, & caring. Or, do you think this is something that varies on an individual basis.

I'm not necessarily looking for definitive answer, your opinion or impression of the general tendencies would be sufficient. I'll follow up with more questions if needed.

Thank you.
