Reuters - President Barack Obama will meet Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday to urge him to drop plans to ask the U.N. Security Council to recognize a Palestinian state despite U.S. and Israeli objections.

I am not sure why Abbas would want to see Obama all he is going to hear is Israeli foreign policy and he pretty much knows that by now "no Palestinian state until Israel has snatched all the land they can possibly get, but until then please don't fight fight back as it upsets the Israeli's which could jeopardise negotiations."

It will be an interesting day at the negotiating table when the Palestinians eventually figure out WMDs and realise that they are never going to get anything more than vague assurances and dishonest offers from negotiations.
