The new index page..

Changed the index page a bit now..
I've tested it on Internet Explorer and Firefox, and it seems like it's working on those two.

The info there is different for logged in members and visitors, and it's also possible to log in directly from the index page now.

There's actually one in every forum already.
but it's hidden at the bottom/right of the forums (just over the "jump to" box)
