I was wondering if anybody knew which radar was going into the Indian Mirage 2000-H upgrade agreement. The story I read only stated a 70 mile detection range. It will be an Israeli type so I assume it might be EL-2030 but can’t confirm it. I wonder if India waited too long to upgrade these older Mirage 2000-H’s? I sure India went with the Derby for price the French tend to have high prices on most items but does it compared with the MICA in range? India also getting Python V’s to plus other upgrades mixed in with the work being done at HAL. I’m not strong in air to air missiles but did read a bunch of times that the Python V’s are good. I wonder if India will be able to armed other aircraft with (HMS) Python Vs there buying too? Thanks
