Judge is a little off his rocker though.
 
To say he "snapped" is the understatement of the year. If he was that much pressure he should have recused himself, instead he opted for career suicide.
 
A friend of mine is a lawyer, and judges will not put up with Cell Phones. you leave the courtroom. Immediately. forever.
