Reuters - Iraq will continue talks with Washington on how U.S. trainers can work with Iraqi forces after a complete withdrawal of American troops at the end of the year, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said on Saturday.

The main problem is that Iraq refuses to accept a Status of Forces of Agreement that will keep our military personnel from being tried and punished by Iraqi courts using Sharia Law.

I doubt Obama or Clinton have anything to do directly with these talks but applaud whoever is doing so for looking out for the rights of US forces.\\:m1:
