I'm a proud Dad!

The Brit Pack
My lad turns 13 next month, he recently joined the Army Cadet Force and last night he got issued his uniform:

He looks older than 13!

My lord, where does the time go?

Couldn't he smile...even a bit? ;) :p

Isn't the cadets where you dress up as a soldier and pretend you actually are one for a few hours each week? :hide:

(only joking :thumb:)

No wonder you're proud, congrats! :D

Next stop, CTCRM Lympstone? :D

He's got it all worked out. He wants to go into battle sitting down!
He wants to join the Royal Tank Regiment!
(That's his late grandad's old mob.)

The chavalry?

Could have been something worse like the RMP or Para's I suppose..... ;)

I expect Tankboy will be getting a hard on as we speak....

No his mam gets rather angry when junior leans on her shoulder and sings the oompa loompa song from Charlie and the chocolate factory. :D

Nice one Trooper. Yep its bloody scary where the time goes, my son is 30 next year and my daughter has only just turned 22.

I thought I did comment on this, but apparently I did not...! I must be getting old...

Trooper, that is one smart looking kid, probably took after his Dad...

Jolly Good Show, ol boy...
