Hails, I am new to this forums which I found while trying to remember how to spell my Cav unit's motto (E Trp 2Sdn 2ACR, Toujours Pret). :salute2: I hope to make a pertinent contribution to the forums and I offer a toast of a cold brew to all the fellow forum members, even if you aren't Cav! (ROFL!)
I was assigned to the Cav in '79-'80 in Bamberg FRG. I was on the ground surveillance radar teams there and served on the IGB (Inter-German Border) for 5 or 6 rotations both to Hof and Coburg.
Later I was in 9th MI Co/109th CEWI Bn in Ft Lewis, then I was medically retired in 1981.
