Greetings from Helsinki, Finland. "aow...!" stands for "art of war", and since the subject is confusing and hard for the brains - it hurts. Hence the name. I am a child of a veteran (continuation war) and have an interest in war, in general - be it grand strategy, or small unit tactics. I am a man of humour, and I apologize in advance. I have no real plans for military service, at the moment, but might enter service (joke follows) in the case of a sudden out break of peace (joke ends). My hobbies include literature and orchestral music, and the occasional need for world domination in games such as Civilization, and HoI. I am expecting to find interesting conversation, and practical knowledge about warfare, modern and old, in this site. I am also a friend of "what if?" scenarios.
