II Objektschutzbataillon der Luftwaffe in Kerpen

2nd German Air Force Ground Combat Supporting Bataillon in Kerpen (focus=infantry)

My Bataillon is part of the German Air Force Ground Combat Supporting Regiment which includes Pioneers, Military Intel., Fireworkers, ABC- Specialists and simple infantry (airborne, motorized and light) plus sharp shooters (some say the best in the german military). Infantry is specialized in urban combat, close combat but overall in defending objectives (moving and fixed) though we also train snap through, woodland combat, hunt down and much more...

Weapons and equipment: everything Military (especially Heckler & Koch) has to offer so we're in many cases better off than Army ;)

I
m not quite sure i understand you correctly.
Every Military Force in Germany has to have draftees, but they won't get into combat without extending their service from 9 to at least 23 month.
One Bataillon of the 3 of our Regiment consists of Reservists...

The question might seem strange then.
In Korea only the Army has draftees. Marines, Air Force and Navy are all volunteers.
