G'Day, G'day!

CSM

G'Day, G'day! My name is Ben Wilson, I'm an Australian Army Cadet Warrant Officer, 16 years old and just about to join the Australian Army Reserves, while I finish school. Then when I'm 19 I'm going to apply to get into the 1st Coy, 1 Commando Regiment, which is a reservist Special Forces unit in Sydney.

Then when I've finish my accelerated Cdo training it's (hopefully) off to 4th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (4RAR[CDO]) for a full time career in the Army.

Welcome to the Forums. I think CSM stands for 'Company Sergeant Major' but it's just a wild guess.

I know what it stands for here, I'm wondering what HE means by it.

(And that's Command Sergeant Major. ;) )

edit: Just looked it up for poops and giggles, looks like you all following the Brit model call them Company Sergeants Major after all.

Cheers guys.

Seems like some of the time the wildest guesses are the right ones; it does indeed stand for Company Sergeant Major.
