The Legeon has a pretty long involved acceptance procedure,
Specifically designed to weed out fanbois and pussies. This is before any training occurs. Your attitude would last about 10 seconds. A bit longer in other organizations, but not much. I have spoken to a few Legeon vets. They all use the word "brutal" to describe the experience. There is lots of reading available if you care to apply yourself with a bit of initiative. Best stick to Ghost Recon. |

Hello Johnny0991,
The best option would be to ask an actual experienced legionnaire on the cervens forum. Better yet, I would use the search function on that forum as the topic has been raised many times, as 2REP is most highly demanded regiment by recruits. A couple of points I know: - Regiments are not decided by recruits. They are decided by the FFL depending on the capabilities you show during induction training. 2REP is in such high demand, that you will need to be top of your class to get in. However I would not despair if you don't get in for the following reasons: 1. Other combat regiments are just as good, even though they might not have the reputation of the REP. Infantry regiment and Combat Engineer regiment along with cavalry are great. 2. I will say this as a civilian so take with a grain of salt. I have heard from many who know the 2REP that it does have a bad reputation in terms of recruit health. Let's put it this way: Look at all the Anciens/ex-2REP and they are all sitting in wheel chairs due to bad parachute drops or too many of them. You think jumping out of a plane with gear is good for your knees/etc? Yes you belong to the elite but at what cost? So dont neglect the REI, the REC, or other regiments. There is also a high probability you wont make it anyway, as most who get in the 2REP are ex-military with extensive experience. |
