Shouldnt Israel get charged by the United Nations?

I suggest that this is a Crime Against Humanity, how many hamas were killed? I doubt it was even five.
 
There has been much talk of war crimes trials, but it just won't happen in the foreseeable future as the UN is a toothless tiger. Once the perpetrators have all died of natural causes the UN will start wringing their hands and gnashing their teeth stating that the perpetrators were all criminals but due to other reasons, nothing will have been done about it. If your country is poor, you have no oil or your expatriates don't donate heavily to various political funds, you just don't count in the greater scheme of things.
