Education benefit usage (Post 9-11 G.I. Bill)

Has anyone here successfully used the Post 9-11 GI BILL? If so, would you mind sharing about your experience? Specifically: how easy was it to use, did you meet any resistance when applying, did you transfer from the old GI BILL to the Post 9-11, and were you active duty when you used the benefit?

I would greatly appreciate your feedback in this area!
