Dusting in the USSR

In the 70's, at the height of the cold war, there was a secret Soviet ICBM control center which regulated the launches of ICBM missiles.

One of the officers there was called Ivan. The night before he had a lot of vodka with his friends, and in the morning he was hungover. He felt like a wreck, and almost vomited on several different occasions. To pass the time he picked up a duster and started to absent mindedly dust the control panels.

About 5 minutes later, Commander Sokolov sprints into the control room and screams at Ivan:

"What in the name of Lenin are you doing, you son of a b*tch?!?!?1"

Ivan stood up, stumbled over to the Commander and replied:

"Comrade Commander, I was only *hiccup* dusting the controll panel *hiccup*"

"Dusting, eh?" Said Commander Sokolov, "THEN WHERE THE HELL DID BRITAIN GO?"
