does anyone use the chat option?

just wondering if anyone used it. i've tried a few times but theres never anyone in there.

I've tried to use it some times but dropped it as it is always empty. I guess it is a matter of timezone as well (mine is GMT+1).

I tried the chat options, until I've noticed that chats are known to be highly unpopular in every Forum I've known.
