Christmas Presents...

Several cadets and myself have come up with an idea to either a.)buy the entire drill team some sort of gift, the original idea was about 30 berets, but no website had them for below like $200, lol. Or, b.)buy our NSI, First Sargeant, some sort of gift. I was very much considering buying a flag-covering (http://www.paradestore.com/main_frame.asp?g=73068) with "DEPTFORD HS" written on it. Do any of you have any good ideas on what to buy for the drill team/JROTC/Naval Science Instructor?

Like drill canes, Me, and the other warrant officer carry them while on parade. They have 20mm rounds on the back of them.

this is what I want for christmas

i kno a good gift for ur drill team promote them all to officers everyone will be happy or get ur NSI's a plaque that says "Retire Already" lol j/k a good idea for the drill team is everyone buys a gift then they will raffle each prize and everyone will win a aprize in the drill team thast what our drill team did a couple years ago

LOL. that's a cute idea. My squadron had to get something that was "Military related"...well duh... I gave some people candy airplanes. :) And I gave my instructor an Air Force Bear. Girly stuff, but they liked it. :santa:

Maybe you could give them a little AK-47 made out of candy canes or something

What about a gift exchange between the drill team instead of you buying them all gifts. THat would save you a lot of money, and be just as effective.

That's not too bad of an idea, I'll see what everyone else in Drill team thinks about it. Luckily, we've scheduled drill practices at the school over our "Christmas break." So, we can still do somethin' fo' it. I'll definitely see what they think of that idea. Sounds fun.
