cheat sheet

Hiya guys ,just picked up my hooks and have to now look after piquets when having to roster a guard for some watch etc.
Any of you have a cheat sheet made up to work out timings etc? i saw one once and it made life real easy and quick.
 
There is no cheat sheet, there is a generic formula you use to calculate the timings and durations. Ask one of your superiors and at the same time you;ll see if they actually know anything themselves.
 
It has been so long since i have even heard the word piquet i CRAFT about organising them, except they are a pain in the ass, and i always seemed to pull a double shift!!
