I don't know how many of you remember the Casca series by Barry Sadler, but when he died in 1989 many readers thought the series had died. In fact its still going strong and is now 34 volumes in length.
I've been given the tough task to pick up the torch from the late great Barry Sadler and I was wondering how many of you old fans of the series had no idea the series was still going strong?
There's a website dedicated to the series at www.casca.net and I'd be delighted for you to have a look and let me know what you think - or even try out one of the new books and compare it to Barry's style. I hope I'm doing his legacy proud, and many serving military people who buy the new books would seem to enjoy them.
